This November the Salt Spring Abattoir turns seven! Join us on Saturday, November 9th from 5:30 pm at Fulford Hall for an evening of good food and good cheer!
Enjoy live music from Scout and Tom, a farm to table buffet featuring local pork, turkey, and lots of vegetarian options + dessert prepared by Sweetgrass Food Co. Bid on tons of awesome donations from local businesses and tradespeople in our silent auction, enjoying MCing by Chris Humphreys, and raise money for the abattoir while doing so!
All proceeds go to the Salt Spring Agricultural Alliance: helping promote sustainability and resiliency through local food production. Help keep the abattoir running smoothly and support all the local farmers who grew your food! We will also have a cash bar with local wine, cider and beer.
