The Salt Spring Island Agricultural Alliance Invites you to The Salt Spring Farm Dinner Series!
The first dinner is on June 29, 2019, at Ruckle Heritage Farm. Chef Danya from Lulu’s Apron will be serving a dinner of lamb, raised by Mike Lane.
Please join us from 5:30 to 8:30, rain or shine. Tickets are $75 and are sold advance only. Buy them at Eat Drink Ferment (346 Lower Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, next to Dagwood’s) or online at Eventbrite.
The Menu:
First course: Bacon wrapped date with chevre + balsamic
Second course: Green salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, cucumbers, feta,and balsamic vinaigrette
Third course: Harissa + confit garlic roasted potatoes Sous vide lamb with chimichurri and pickled red onions Roasted broccoli salad with crispy chickpeas Francis bread + lemon garlic labneh with roasted radish + zaatar
Fourth course: Strawberry rhubarb pavlova Orange honey ricotta fritters
